What can I encode in a QR code?

Any text or URL up to 2,048 characters. Common uses include website links, contact information, Wi-Fi credentials, and plain text messages.

What is error correction?

QR codes include redundant data so they can still be scanned if partially damaged. This tool uses Low (L) error correction, which produces the smallest and fastest-scanning codes.

Can I add a logo or custom colors?

Logo overlay and custom colors are Pro features. The free version generates standard black-and-white QR codes.

What format is the download?

The QR code is downloaded as a PNG image at the size you select (256×256, 512×512, or 1024×1024 pixels).
