Common questions
Are my files uploaded to your servers?
No. Your files are processed entirely in your browser. They are not uploaded to Filecraft servers in normal flows.
Which plan is required for PDF to JPG?
PDF to JPG requires a Pro or higher plan.
Can I convert only specific pages?
Yes. Click pages to select them before converting. Only the selected pages will be exported as JPEGs. Leave all pages unselected to convert the full document.
What does the DPI setting do?
DPI (dots per inch) controls image sharpness. Higher DPI produces clearer images but larger file sizes. 96 DPI is suitable for screen use; 150 DPI works well for print previews.
Is there a file size limit?
On the Free plan, files can be up to 10 MB. Pro and higher plans support up to 100 MB.
